Asian Birth Collective

Integrating IFS and "parts work" talk therapy, somatic awareness and regulation, and other trauma-informed and social justice-grounded modalities, I focus on supporting new, expecting, and hopeful parents to do important intergenerational healing work as they adjust to one of the most intense and challenging periods of their lives. I also have a special interest in working with Filipinx, AAPIs and Asian Americans, the adult and adolescent children of immigrants, BIPOC, and those on an intentional path of decolonization.
